Noviq Threads Shipping Policy

All Noviq Threads products are made to order. Please allow time for your order to be produced before it ships.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and delivery destination.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on qualifying orders of $75 or more. The discount is automatically applied at checkout when the order qualifies.

Estimated Delivery
Delivery estimates are displayed during checkout. Economy Delivery may take approximately 7–13 business days once applicable fulfillment and shipping times are taken into account. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking
When tracking information is available, customers will receive it after their order ships.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order appears to be lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact Noviq Threads through the Contact page at NoviqThreads.com with your order information so we can review the issue.

If your order contains multiple products, items may occasionally arrive in separate packages.
